DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS The Municipal Council of Campagnatico with resolution no. 33 of 30.11.2020 gave a favorable opinion to the construction of an accommodation facility according to LR 86/2016 called "hotel", with a capacity of 50 beds and with the necessary infrastructures and services. In fact, the accommodation will be able to take advantage of an indoor swimming pool, a wellness center, common areas for recreational activities, and "life paths" immersed in nature. The territory also lends itself to the construction of a platform for helipad use, being in a dominant position without obstacles, such as antennas, pylons, and wind turbines.
