Prestige property in Gavorrano

We are selling a stately apartment of around 200 sqm, which extends over the entire first floor, in one of the oldest palaces in the old town of Caldana.
The apartment is divided as follows: entrance via a front door in a small square; an internal staircase leads to the first floor. From here you enter a very large kitchen-living room with a fireplace and large living room. In addition, there are four bedrooms, two hallways, two storage rooms and a bathroom. The apartment needs to be completely restored and the electricity-, electrical- and sanitary systems needing to be replaced. Interior doors, windows and French doors also need to be replaced. The ceilings and floors have been structurally renovated. Thanks to many windows on all four sides, the apartment is very bright and airy.
