Prestige property in Grosseto

The major part of the old fortress/castle of Montepescali is for sale. It is the most important building in the town and has been a witness to events in and around Montepescali since the 12th century, which was under the administration of the Aldobrandeschi family for several centuries.
The property is spread over 5 floors and is suitable as a private residence and as a historic tourist residence with restaurant. Guest rooms, apartments and even a SPA can be created on the different floors. The garden and the roof terrace complete the overall picture, allow you to linger in the fresh air and offer a fantastic view over the Maremma.
The building complex needs to be completely restored and offers a unique opportunity to realize personal ideas in a unique context in this territory.
There is a draft for the restoration of the rooms, which can serve as input for thought for further, personal ideas. We will send you the floor plans upon request.
